    		  Low Season Price: €250 per Week
      High Season Price: €275 per Week
         

    Cancellation must be made within 21 days for regular bookings. Holidays must be made within 60 days. We will always try to find another booking, but if we are unable you are responsible to pay in full. Half of the full amount is taken by credit card over the phone and is held as a deposit. 10% discounts are given to week long stays or more. Holiday deposits are non- refundable unless we are able to re-book the date. In which case we keep 15% as a processing fee.
