Total of 3 televisions, 2 VCR/DVD players, short walk to all stores, parks, shopping & restaurants. About 1 -2 hours to A-Basin/Loveland, Breckenridge, Copper & Vail ski areas. No phone/internet service although local library next door for FREE access with registration. 24/7 grocery store next door, 2 blocks to Whole Foods, Bowling Alley, Movie Theatre, shopping & fine restaurants. No car needed! 
Less than 1 hour to rafting, mountain biking and 10 minutes to either downtown Denver or Red Rocks. Approx 1 hour to major ski areas (Arapahoe Basin/Loveland) and 1 1.2 to Breckenridge, Vail & Keystone. 
Must wire all monies prior to occupancy and pay $100. non refundable cleaning fee. Application consists of credit report ($12. per non-married adult). No Smoking!
