Reservations are confirmed with a 50% deposit. 50% of the deposit will be returned upon cancellation 30 days prior to chk-in. Bal Due 30 days prior to chk-in. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to chk-in will forfeit all deposited funds. Guests may use forfeited funds for any future visit, less a 25% administrative fee, within the next calendar year for a reservation that is made less than 30 days prior to a chk-in date. All major credits card accepted.
