A historical property built in 1929, with some newer condos, several older cabins and 5 comfortable and whimsical B&B rooms, all have private hot tubs and are on the Big Thompson River, just 3 minutes drive to downtown Estes Park. Each cabin and condo are fully equipped with very comfortable beds, kitchens or kitchenettes, porches and decks, firepits and the resort has extraordinary views of the canyon, the forest and the river. The grounds are natural pine and aspen stands, and it all sits on 5 acres, for your privacy. So much wildlfe passes thru our property, you will be delighted daily. The stars are so bright at night, because of the high altitude. It sits at 7600 ft above sealevel. Just a 10 minute drive to Rocky Mountain National Park, one of our nations finest natural attractions. We believe that guests should sleep well, so we provide the best linens and comfortable beds. The B&B guests are treated to a full rocky mountain breakfast each morning and the cabin guests have their own kitchens. No cabin is arranged and furnished like any other, making the property a very eclectic and visual treat. We take some pets by prior appointment only, and have several family dogs.

Summer in Estes Park, high in the Rockies is the best place to spend a wonderful outdoor vacation, with all the comforts. You can fish on our river, catch and release only, and spend many wonderful hours exploring the quaint little shopping area of town. The national park is our big attraction with wildlife, elk, moose, deer, fox, coyotes,bighorn sheep,beavers, badgers, an array of birds, and of course black bears.
Don't come here to stay indoors, get out and enjoy nature. Relax at the end of your busy day with a massage, and a soak in your private outdoor hottub under the stars. For a complete list of activites in the area, you can check our bulletin board in the office, or with the Estes Park Convention Visitors Bureau and the Estes Park Chamber of Commerce, both of which we are members. So bring your hiking boots, your cameras and binoculars, bathing suits and fishing rods. Two golf courses and minigolf offer hours of fun.

Our guests can enjoy our wood burning riverside sauna, and our massage house, where our therapist will help you unwind with a theraputic massage. Each cabin has a firepit for burning logs when conditions advise. Small Weddings on the property are very memorable and beautiful to see. The grounds have a 1/4 mile nature path for walking the stream. Fishermen are invited to flyfish for trout here. Photographers and painters find many subjects for their projects. Sky watchers delight in the brightness of the constellations. Each cabin has sattelite tv, wifi is available on the property, a phone is available in the main office for limited use. Most cabins and rooms do not have air conditioning because it is not needed in our cool mountain summer nights.

A 50 % deposit by any credit card is required to book. Minimum stays may apply.Since we are small and every reservation is important to us, we have a cancellation policy designed to be fair to us and to our customers and can be seen in full on our website. Some small pets accepted by appointment in some cabins. Balance is due upon arrival, tours and retail items are charged separately.
