Sugarloaf Mountain Rd, which will bring you to the house, is maintained year round for safe access and driving. (By the way, the route that Mapquest usually designates for you is actually twice as long as the local route.) Directions for the local route are included in the Registration materials you will receive. 
 
Ski resorts are within ten to ninety minutes away. Mountain Lakes, fishing, hunting and camping are just minutes away. Be it summer or winter activities, this site offers it all.
