Large office with big-screen TV. Expansive view windows in all rooms. Master bedroom has gas fireplace. Large separate tiled laundry area with sink. Upper two-bedrooms have an independent deck. Both bathrooms have jacuzzi tubs, plus there is an outdoor jacuzzi with outstanding views, including Pikes Peak.

Trex deck overlooking the 16th hole and pond at The Ridge Golf Course, Pikes Peak and 400-acre land preserve, Cherokee Ranch. Large open space surrounding home, approximately 1/2 acre. Property borders wildlife preserve corridor featuring visiting deer and other wildlife.

This home is not suitable for young children....there are too many attractive nuisances...cliffs, balconies, etc.

NO traffic noise. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac with 27 pine trees on property. VERY quiet, except for sound of breeze in the pines, elk bugling in the fall evenings, owls at night.

In addition to the 3 bedrooms there is an office/entertainment room with built-in desk, files, storage and a large-screen TV. Large breakfast area that seats up to 8 people, and a separate formal dining room that seats 6. Vaulted wood ceilings, custom-built Craftsman syle home. This home is 2 blocks from The Ridge Golf course and restaurant and overlooks the 16th hole of the golf course. It is located minutes from Park Meadows Mall and the Castle Rock outlets. 90 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park and Keystone. There is a "granny flat" connected to this home with its own entrance, own garage and own deck overlooking a wildlife corridor. It is listing # 23775. This has a connecting door to the home, so if you need additional sleeping space, this will sleep 2 people (queen size bed). $600 extra per week.
