"Velma's too" is a charming, 1928 bungalow (1500 sq ft) has a 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can sleep 9 in beds. Enjoy the eclectic decor, studio piano (truned for your enjoyment) and art...a tasteful blending of vintage and modern.

On the main floor there are 2 bedrooms; one with a queen size bed and the other a full size, antique brass-bed. In the basement one bedroom has a full size bed and the other has an antique 3/4 brass bed. the common area in the basment has a trundle bed (2 twins). For your convenience there is a full bathroom (standard tub with shower) on both floors.

The modern kitchen features granite counter tops, wood floors and is open to the dining room with a large counter top providing some additional workspace or a serving area for a buffet.

In the fenced backyard, the terraced brick patios, surrounded by summer flowers, provide a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy a summer BBQ with family and friends.

Kids of all ages will love the Foosball table on the 3 season sun porch.

All rates are in US Dollars. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Payment accepted through PayPal Standard occupancy is 4 adults. Additional guests are $ 20/night/each with a weekly maximum of $ 100/week/ guest. Max occupancy 7 Denver Lodging Tax is 14.85%. Stays of 30 consecutive nights are not subject to the Lodging Tax. The minimum rental Sept-May is 3 nights (except Holidays). The minimum rental May-Aug plus Thanksgiving & Winter Holidays is 5 nights. A $300 security deposit required. Security Deposit is fully refundable when Check-Out instructions have been followed and the home and contents have been left as they were found with minimal wear and tear.
