Located on the lower level, away from the main traffic area in the home, this very spacious retreat has a king size bed, TV and DVD/VHS player and a private bath with an over-sized shower. The cozy second and third bedrooms, each with a full size bed, are on the main floor and share a bathroom with a tub and shower. 
 
The kitchen may be a petite but with efficient and clever use of space this cozy kitchen is very complete and has everything you will need. 
 
The common area downstairs, works well as a play area or office space. 
 
The privacy of a fenced back yard, the shade from the large crab apple tree, a lovely garden and a covered patio create the perfect ambience for a solitary moment of reflection or a gathering with family and friends.
