You will enjoy the convenience of a completely remodeled/upgraded home while being chamed by the eclectic decor and art and the original 1920's "wavy galss" windows, wood floors and claw-foot tub. 
 
The large, southern facing windows provide an abundance of natural light and the bright, colorful walls add a sense of whimsy. A spasious living/dining room with comfortable seating and the large kitchen, with an abundance of counter space, welcome a gathering. 
 
The privacy of the fenced back yard, a large deck, and lovely summer flowers create the perfect atmosphere for a BBQ and enjoying the company of family and friends...For a quiet moment, relax on the porch swing with a book or just watch the foot traffic. 
 
What could be more convenient than to have a convenience store and several restaurants just around the corner.

Standard occupancy is 4 adults. Additional guests are $20/guest/night with a weekly maximum of $100/week/guest. Max occupancy 9. Denver Lodging Tax is 14.85%. Stays of 30 consecutive nights are not subject to the Lodging Tax. The minimum rental Sept-May is 3 nights (except Holidays). The minimum rental May-Aug plus Thanksgiving & Winter Holidays is 5 nights. The $300 security deposit is required. Security Deposit is fully refundable when Check-Out instructions have been followed and the home and contents have been left as they were found with minimal wear and tear.
