Come make your stay in Georgetown the center for all your mountain activities. This vacation rental has three bedrooms (one with a king sized bed, another with a queen sized bed, and the third with a double and two singles,) two bathrooms (the third floor has the bedroom with the queen sized bed and an attached bathroom with a shower,) a full kitchen equipped for 10, a washer and dryer, a Bar-B-Que and grassy yard, a computer and wireless high-speed internet, dish T.V., 1600 square feet of living space, along with baby and young guest furniture (portable bed, booster seat and high chair.)
We provide soaps for the kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms.
We also provide all the sheets, blankets and towels for your stay. As there is a free laundry facility on site, you won't need to pack as many clothes.
Enjoy the large living room and dining room with seating for 10! The den has movies, games, books, and puzzles for those family gatherings.
You will be staying over a functioning store - a general mercantile. Come down and shop for miniatures, greeting cards, books, and toys and then head right back upstairs to the comfort of your own space waiting for you.

We are happy to provide stocking of the kitchen with foods of your choice (15% stocking fee over and above the cost of the foods purchased) as well as additional cleanings (price negotiable.) Please contact us for any of these or other special needs we can help with.

Georgetown has so many activities just minutes away. In addition to those already listed, Central City and Blackhawk have gambling (1/2 hour away) as well as the Central City Opera House.
Georgetown is on the National, State and Local Historic Registries. You'll find more than 100 original, historic buildings which have been maintained and are currently in use. Historic Georgetown, Inc. has a Self-Guided Walking and Driving Tour booklet. This publication is for sale in many of the businesses in the historic downtown and has been artfully crafted to show more than 80 of these historic properties along with a brief history of each.

Rates are in US dollars and are for number of nights specified plus taxes of 8.9%. Any bookings of 30 consecutive days or more are not subject to taxes. Deposit Policy: Half the entire amount to hold the space, and the other half due upon arrival. Cancellation Policy: Full refund of deposit if cancelled 61 days or more. Half refunded if cancelled 31-60 days, and no refund if cancelled 30 o less. We would be happy to apply half the forfeited deposit to a future booking (within one year of cancellation.)
