A minimum 2 night stay is required when reserving over a week-end during high season (May 16th - Oct 15th)

A one night desposit is taken at the time of reservation. Cancellations 72hrs in advance will be subjest to a $15.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations within 72hrs, no refund is possible, however, we will provide you with a gift certificate for your next stay.
