Our charming old-styled apartment that was newly renovated is full of character with hard wood floors, original 1930’s oak woodworks throughout, the original leaded panel windows and high ceilings. On the second floor of an older well-maintained brick building, it offers you a residence of four and a half rooms totaling approx. 568 sq feet. It is composed of a comfortable and welcoming bedroom (for 2), a kitchen, a dining room, a living (sleep 1), and a bathroom.
This apartment is fully equipped with everything needed for a carefree stay: stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, wine cooler, iron, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, etc.
There is also telephone (local calls), wireless internet, TV with DVD player with DVDs, CD player with CDs, books, local-Activities-Guide and magazines. Towels, linens, soaps-basic, shampoo and toilet paper are provided.
2 balconies: 1 on the front side (street) and the other one off the kitchen which overlooks the backyard. We provided a patio table and 2 chairs
This apartment is located in a friendly neighborhood and very safe area. No need to have a car...everything is very close... It is situated at 2-minutes walk from orange-line subway (Jarry) and only a 15 minute subway ride to downtown. It is just a stone-throw's from the Jean-Talon market. As authentic an open air market as you're likely to find anywhere in North America, the market features fine foods and produce year-round (do not miss our Quebec's superb cheeses and ice-ciders).
We are located just steps away from all convenient amenities; drugstore, bakeries, butchers, grocery stores, liquor store and nice restaurants.
Close to parks, pool, tennis (Uniprix Stadium-Rogers Cup) and not far from bike paths along the Des Prairies River (snowshoeing and cross-country skiing during winter). And finally it is just 20 minutes from the airport.
