Collingwood: Privately owned. Two bedroom, two-bathroom upper unit, nicely decorated throughout, air conditioner, ceiling fan, gas fireplace, new furnishings and appliances. Walkout to balcony with propane BBQ.

Ideal for a family of 6, but will sleep up to 8 people.

5 - 10 minutes drive to area ski and snowboard resorts. Four seasons Intrawest Blue Mountain for skiing, snowboarding, golf, mountain biking, and the village amenities (bars, restaurants, shops).

Walk to Cranberry Resort amenities: golf, tennis, swimming, cross country skiing in winter, and recreation centre. Short walk to local restaurants and shops.

Across the road to marina on Georgian Bay / Lake Huron. Local beaches, and approximately 15 minutes drive to Wasaga Beach (14 kilometer freshwater beach);

Nearby bike/walking trails, scenic caves, and Collingwood downtown shops and restaurants. Famous Elvis festival in July.
