Main Description
436 Plaza on the Ridge is a cozy and quiet 1200 sq. ft. condo. It is a corner unit on the top floor with many windows providing you with warm natural lighting and a fantastic view. You are approx. 8 minutes away from the village center where you will find the stores, Kiddies Center, the main Ski Plaza and the gondola.
This is a three bedroom unit. The Master bedrroom is spacious and it has a queen sized bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has a triple bunk bed. The family room has a new hide-a-bed (double)for extra sleeping accommodation.
The kitchen, dinning area and lounging area are very spacious and comfortable. It is fully equipped to make your stay most enjoyable and very convenient.
The kitchen has a full sized stove, fridge, dish washer and microwave. The kitchen is equipped with all the dishes,pots, pans and any other gadget you may wish for.
The dining area has a large oak table and 6 chairs plus four bars stools facing the extended kitchen counter.
The lounging area has up scale furniture and a fire place to keep it cozy. It is furnished with a leather chesterfield,love seat and chair. We have a window bench in this area overlooking a few runs.
This condo has two full bathrooms and a washer and dryer right in the unit.
This building is situated on Perfection Run and it has very easy ski in/out access. You will also have access to a hot tub on the second floor of the building.
We do have a locker for you on ground level and a parking spot in the garage.
We do not have internet access in the unit but we do have an internet cafe five minutes away.
When you stay with us you are 45 minutes away from our beautiful city Kelowna B.C. and about an hour from the airport.

You will have an opportunity to experience sleigh riding daily, and children's fun night of face painting, games and fire works every Saturday.

High Season Price : $300 per Day


We ask for 50% to be paid upon the agreement of the rental and the balance must be paid 40 days before arrival date.
We ask to be paid by certified cheque in Canadian currancy.
We have never had anyone cancell in the past but we will discuss it if there is a need for it.
