The picturesque village of Ucluelet is on the west coast of Vancouver Island, just a short drive to Long Beach where you can surf, swim or just walk the sandy beach. The west Coast trail is one of many trails in the area. There is plenty of wild life for you to enjoy, eagles, black bear and deer to name a few. Take a fishing trip or a whale watching trip. Or spend the day enjoying the sun and sand at the beach, then return to the relaxing cabins where you will find a full kitchen and BBQ, dinning table or sit out on the deck and enjoy the view. There are restaurants in the area some small and homey others upscale and luxurious.
