Low Season Price : $107
High Season Price : $275 per Week


Weekly rates of 750.00 per week in summer. sliding scale for off season and high season. 275.00 for xmas and New Years. 3 or 7 day minimum for holidays
300.00 damage deposit required - to be returned after cleaners go in.
25 % reservation deposit required - The remainder postdated to one month before ( If possible )
full refund if unit can be rented again. 25 % kept if it cannot and is before the one month cutoff.
I accept checks or direct deposit in bank account.
