It is fully equipped, has a large furnished oceanfront deck and big windows to take advantage of the panoramic ocean views. It is only 60 feet from the ocean with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the two upper levels in the waterfront building.

This very pleasing condo is an ideal year round vacation getaway. It is very popular with families in summer and as a secluded monthly retreat in winter. It makes for an intimate place to celebrate special events, such as a honeymoon, birthday or anniversary. It provides a rare feeling of privacy and intimacy, away from the crowds. The relaxation, peace and tranquility is long remembered by those who stay here. Sandy, pebbled beaches, wooded oceanfront parks, stocked countryside lakes, and excellent golf courses, are all within walking distance or minutes away by car. The BC Ferries Duke Point terminal and Regional Airport are only 10 minutes away. Nanaimo is 7 miles North. Ladysmith is 4 miles South and Victoria is 60 miles South. Here you can relax in peace and comfort and enjoy the convenience of being at the center of Vancouver Island's many beautiful nearby places to visit.

Low Season Rates are based on double occupancy. High Season rates are for 4 with an additional $100 per person to a maximum of 6.

60 Days cancellation. Deposit is non refundable unless condo is re-rented, in which case, deposit is refunded less $100 Candellation fee. Canadian cheques are accepted.

US cheques are accepted written to show the current exchange.

International Bank Transfers are accepted.

$200 Refundable Damage Deposit applies.
