This lovely newer (2006) condo on the lake has 2 bedrooms with bathroom in between. The Master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a double and single bunk bed. All bedding is provided including down comforters. Bathroom has full bath/shower, washer and dryer. Kitchen granite counter tops and eating bar. Wine cooler, microwave, stove and fridge. Living area with leather sofabed, chairs and TV. Balcony includes fully gased in BBQ that overlooks the units swimming pool and hot tub. Walk across the street to your own private beach and dock or go for a stroll around the lake.
The Condo is located within the Casa Del Mila Oro Resort, which is located on the popular waterfront of South Osoyoos Lake. Osoyoos is the home of Canada's only desert with hot, dry summers & very little rain throughout the year. The weather makes Osoyoos the perfect destination for water activities in the summer, or golfing. It is also great for wine tasting in the spring & fall. In the winter there are 2 local mountains Mount Baldy and Apex for great skiing. One of the great advantages with Casa Del Mila Oro, is that its only a 5 minute walk to shopping, restaurants, and other things. Also a big hit with many of the kids and parents is the ever popular Rattlesnake Canyon Amusement Park, which offers mini golf, go karting, other great rides, arcade and some of the best ice cream.
The pool is great for kids and adults and can be viewed very nicely from the condos balcony,which makes it convenient to get dinner started while keeping an eye and ear out on the kids in the pool. Beautiful Okanagan lake is a short 2 minute walk from the condo and boasts a private 200 ft beach consisting of sand and lawn. At the private beach you can enjoy tanning, swimming in one of Canada's warmest lakes or even participate in many water sports available.
To wrap up the summer evening, you can kick back on the balcony while enjoying a nice glass of wine, while admiring the sun setting on Lake Okanagan.
