OAK TREE HOUSE a private cottage for up to 6 people. Each of the two bedrooms has a balcony and new queen bed, while the living room has a double futon. A large bath with double sinks, shower and six-jet sunken whirlpool bath. The cupola-ceiling kitchen/dinning room is fully equipped and has plate-glass views of vineyards and the river. French doors lead to a comfortable deck (Bar-B-Que Grill) surrounding a live oak tree.

RIVER RANCH HOUSE overlooking the river, is spacious home that has be newly remodeled and comfortably furnished. Four bedrooms, all with queen beds (plus a double hide-a-bed) in the master bedroom and five baths allow the home to sleep 10 people in ultimate comfort. The 630sq.ft.chef's kitchen, fully equipped with a six-burner Decor stove, double oven, and river rock fireplace, has a cathedral ceiling and glass wall with river views. A high-definition satellite television, stereo, VCR, phone, and DSL WiFi Internet access give this river-side home practicality plus modern convenience. The wraparound 110ft. front porch and massive Victorian deck and stairway leading to the two-acre river camp, lagoon and boat dock give way to wonderful wine country vacation.

Enjoy the very private beach camp on the russian River, just 100ft. to swimming, fishing, boating and canoeing or just plain relaxing with beach chairs, hammock, Tiki Bar, barbecue grill and dock. The homes has mature fruit trees, rolling lawns, ponds and fountains, views of the river and historic Fitch Mtn. The Pacific Ocean, redwood forests, and Lake Sonoma are all within a 30-minute drive.

House Rental Rates Low Season Price : $1800 High Season Price : $3500 per Week

We request a security deposit of $200 per home that is refunded within 30 days of your stay, if the home are standing. For rentals under 30 days a 9% Sonoma County tax is charged. Deposit will be forfeited with less than 30 days written notice of cancellation, 15 days for holidays, unless landlord can re-rent premises. a $50 cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellation. Partys are not permitted on premises, An Event contract is available for arranging events on the property.
