Whether choosing one of our tastefully furnished, self-contained flats for a cozy retreat, refreshing getaway, or holiday pleasure for yourself and a friend or renting both units for that next reunion of up to 16 family members and friends, you have come to the right place. Both units have Wireless High-Speed Internet, DirecTV, and Washer/Dryer. 
 
The Downstairs Flat is on one level with two large bedrooms, each bedroom with a bath, plus two sofa sleepers in the living room. The furnished kitchen is Old McCloud with modern appliances, a breakfast nook, a second dining table, and laundry off the kitchen. French doors lead out from the kitchen to the enclosed deck.  
The Upstairs Flat is on two levels with four bedrooms, and two baths. The main level has a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, a bath and laundry. Upstairs is another bedroom with two twin beds, a bath, and a large dormitory with 4 single beds and a separate TV with VCR for the kids. The charming, original county kitchen is complete with modern appliances & microwave. Cozy up in the breakfast nook or seat the whole crew at the ample dining table. 
 
Propane Barbecue's available for each unit.  
 
Take yourself back in time when you stay at McCloud's Quincy House. McCloud is a 100-year-old historic lumber town just 10 miles east off Interstate 5 and only 2 ½ hours north of Sacramento. The Quincy House was built in 1906 by the "Company" to accommodate two of its working families; we treasure many of the original appointments that make The Quincy House special. 
 
You'll find yourself only 2 blocks from historic main street, where you might expect to see a livery waiting outside the Mercantile, where you can ride the famed Dinner Train, kick up your heels at Dance Country, or head out for some world class fly fishing. Ski the slopes of 14,284 foot Mount Shasta, snow board, cross country ski or bicycle. Go boating, picnicking, or golfing. Maybe just plain sitting on the front porch brings a smile. The choices are endless and they are yours to enjoy.
