Luxury 2 bedroom 2 bath house in Tiburon on the shores of the San Francisco Bay, with stunning views of the bay and San Francisco. Easy walking access to San Francisco by ferry.  
 
The house has two bedrooms, sleeps 5. 
 
Description:  
The house is located at the end of the Tiburon peninsula, at the end of a dead-end private road (cul de sac). This makes for a serene setting as there is almost no vehicular traffic, and no traffic noise. You will just hear the occasional seagull, seal, or fog horn. 
 
When you arrive at the house the parking deck is at street level. Descend a few steps and you arrive at the front door. The front of the house is surrounded by pine, juniper, and palm trees. 
 
You enter the house via the foyer which leads directly to the living room and the kitchen.  
 
The living room has 16 foot high beam ceilings and enormous picture windows providing a magnificent view of San Francisco Bay. You will enjoy an uninterrupted view from Berkeley in the southeast, to Angel Island and San Francisco to the southwest. At night the cities twinkle with city lights. 
 
The living room features a limestone fireplace, two leather sofas, a piano, a game cabinet stocked with games for adults and kids, and a telescope capable of displaying the rings of Saturn as well as yachts and ships on the Bay. 
 
The living room opens onto a large deck, which is furnished with a teak dining table and chairs and a chaise longue for enjoyment in warm weather. 
 
The kitchen adjoins the foyer and living room. The kitchen has 16 foot high beamed ceilings with a skylight, and the walls are painted brick red faux finish. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a professional quality gas range, oven, microwave, and warming tray, and all the expected appliances (coffeemaker, blender, etc). The cabinets are stocked with every type of spice, herb, and seasoning, as well as sauces, condiments, cooking oils, salt, pepper, sugar, tea and coffee, etc. The kitchen also includes a cookbook library and a kitchen table. From the kitchen, two pairs of french doors open to the living room on one side, and the dining room on the other.  
 
The dining room adjoins both the living room and the kitchen. The dining room is painted in sage colored faux finish and has a 16 foot high beamed ceiling with three skylights. There is a large rustic pine dining table that can comfortably seat eight persons. The capacity of the dining room can be increased to as much as 12 by relocating some of the other tables to expand the dining room capacity. Cabinets in the dining room provide elegant tablecloths and napkins. When seated in the dining room one has full view of the living room and the view of San Francisco Bay. 
 
The Master Bedroom also on this level. The master bedroom also has 16 foot high beam ceilings, and large sliding glass doors provide panoramic views of the bay. You can watch the San Francisco skyline and ships on the bay without getting out of the King size bed. The Master bedroom has a 42 inch plasma TV equipped with cable and DVD player. Adjoining the Master BR is the Master bath which is finished with white marble. 
 
Going downstairs, on the lower level there is an additional bedroom and another full bath and laundry room. 
 
The second bedroom is painted in a mural scene on all four walls, depicting the local hills and waters of the San Francisco Bay. It also has magnificent views. It has a Queen size bed (sleeps 2) and a twin bed (sleeps 1).  
 
The 2nd bath downstairs is elegantly appointed with a curved ceiling evocative of a ship's cabin.  
 
Adjoining the second bath is a laundry room with clothes washer and dryer.  
 
There is a sliding glass door at this level that opens onto a lower level deck, which descends to the back yard garden.
