This historic 3 bedroom Victorian house sits on a hillside overlooking the City and Marin Headlands to the north from a large private roof-top deck and it has a great garden with barbecue and outdoor fire pit. 
 
It has two working fireplaces and hardwood floors. The kitchen is large and includes a dishwasher, stove/oven and microwave. All three bedrooms have a full size bed (double beds). The bathroom has old style combination tub shower. 
 
At the living room you can find Cable, HDTV, DVD Player, CD Player and High speed internet access connection by wire. 
 
Property is very close to USF and UC Medical Center. 
 
Street parking is easy nearby the property. It is very convenient also in terms of access to freeway and public transportation. Within a short drive you can enjoy sailing, golfing and surfing.
