Vacation Rental Description
The Portola House is a one-bedroom, two-level home with gorgeous views of the Giacomini wetlands, the town of Pt. Reyes Station, and Black Mountain. Upstairs is the living/dining area and a kitchen that is small but has everything you need (dishwasher, nice dishes, plenty of good cookware), a half-bath, a porch and a deck. Downstairs is the large bedroom and a full bath with a shower and ball-and-claw-foot tub, as well a a small covered deck. The upstairs has beautiful wood floors; the downstairs is carpeted. The linens are lovely and the house has internet access, cable TV, and a hook-up for your iPod. We are a few minutes drive from either Inverness or Pt. Reyes, good restaurants, fun shopping, and hikes and beaches in the Pt. Reyes National Seashore.
