Where: 
Oceanside is in Northern San Diego County about 30 miles north of San Diego airport and 90 miles south of Los Angeles airport. The condominium complex is on the beach between the Oceanside pier and the marina. Amtrak, the Metrolink and the Coaster provide daily service to the Oceanside train station. 
 
Amenities: 
The complex amenities include 2 heated swimming pools, 2 Jacuzzi’s, gas barbeques, games room, laundry room, private underground reserved parking, lush tropical grounds with koi ponds and waterfalls. 
 
The Beach: 
The beach is perfect for kids for wading, boogie boarding, and building sand castles. The waves in front of the complex are great for surfing. Sand toys, beach chairs and boogie boards are available in each unit.  
 
1 Bedroom unit 
The 1 bedroom unit is a ground level unit, which gives easy access to the beach. It is on the street level which allows for easy loading and unloading. There is a large patio with its own barbeque. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a large closet, and a TV. The couch folds out in the living room and there are 2 rollup foam sleeping pad s as well. 
 
The living room has a gas fireplace, a TV, a VCR, a DVD player, a computer with internet access and a stereo. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need; fridge, stove, microwave, coffee pot, blender, food processor, toaster oven, pots, pans, cutlery, dishes, cups etc. There are beach chairs, beach toys, umbrella, boogie boards and surfboards for you to use during your stay. 
 
2 Bedroom unit 
The 2 bedroom unit is a second floor unit, that has wonderful views of the beach. There is a balcony with a couple of chairs to sit and relax. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a large closet, a TV and its own bathroom. The guest bedroom sleeps 4 with a bunkbed with a full on the bottom, a twin on the top, and a pullout trundle (twin). There is a guest bathroom adjacent to the bedroom. The living room has a gas fireplace, a TV, a VCR, a DVD player, a computer with internet access and a stereo. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need; fridge, stove, microwave, coffee pot, blender, food processor, toaster oven, pots, pans, cutlery, dishes, cups etc. There are beach chairs, beach toys, umbrella, boogie boards for you to use during your stay.
