Close to Downtown Oceanside and the Village of Carlsbad with farmers markets, sunset markets, shopping, antiques, restaurants and night clubs. Theme Parks like Disney Land, and Knott's Berry Farm are about an hour North, San Diego Zoo is about 40 minutes South, Wild Animal Park is about 40 minutes East, Legoland is just 10 minutes South, Downtown San Diego is about an hour south. All of this is based on traffic. The Oceanside Harbor and Pier are on the coast where other water sports, fishing, and boat rentals are available. Other water sport activities in Carlsbad Lagoon are 10 minutes south.

All of our units include but are not limited to full kitchens with dishes, cooking utensils, pots and pans, linens for all beds, bath linens, cleaning service on departure and during stay on request, parking in community garage, driveway, or street parking, cable tv, and local phone service. Some units have washer and dryer in the unit others have community laundry facilities on site. Units with private pools include pool service and units with yards include gardening service.

View Availability Calendar

$250 holding deposit required upfront to reserve unit. Balance due in full by 60 days prior to arrival date. Cancellation prior to 60 day mark forfiets $250 holding deposit, cancellation within 60 days of arrival forfiets entire rental amount. Visa, Mastercard, and cashiers checks accepted.

Additional fees are the 10% city tax, $90 cleaning, $25 booking fee, and $1,000 security deposit.
