An oasis with breath taking views of the Pacific Ocean as it sits right on the boardwalk in the heart of Mission Beach. So close to many shops and restaurants including the famous Belmont Park, and Wave House. A short walk across the street and your right on Mission Bay.
Minutes away from Sea World, and just 15 minutes from down town and our world famous San Diego Zoo. Other major attractions are not too far either.

Come enjoy this wonderful condo that comes fully equipped with everything you need. It features a Cal King in the Master bedroom with it's own private bath including double sinks. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third room has full size bunk beds. The living room comes with a queen sleeper sofa.
The kitchen has all stainless steel appliance and granite counter tops. Fully stocked with everything you need.
Other features include 65" and 58"flat screen TV, DVD, I-Pad adapter. There is also a seating area close to the private balcony for you to enjoy happy hour while watching the sun set, dolphins and surfers riding the waves as well as a common patio on the ground floor.
Activities
Located between the ocean and the 4,600-acre Mission Bay Park, Mission Beach is the quintessential San Diego beach community. Known as The Strand, the beach extends two miles from the Mission Bay Channel entrance to the north end of Pacific Beach. Sunbathing, swimming, surfing and other beach activities are popular on the ocean side. Jet skiing, windsurfing and sailing are the sports of choice on the bay side.
A narrow cement boardwalk parallels the beach permitting walking, biking and related activities. Fires are permitted on the beach in the containers provided and alcohol is permitted from noon to 8 pm as long as it is not near the seawall.
There are shops, restaurants and beach rental outfitters at the foot of Ventura Street near the famous Big Dipper Roller Coaster. Belmont Park shopping center also features The Plunge swimming pool.
