This condo is located in the historic Surfrider building on Mission Beach. Recently renovated, it has all of the most modern amenities and fixtures such as granite floors and countertops, travertine tiles and rain showers in the bathrooms, huge flat panel HDTV, and wireless internet. Our unit is located on the ground floor with a clear unobstructed view of the ocean, beach and boardwalk through a large window made with special one way reflective glass, allowing for great views without sacrificing privacy. Also, there are two private chairs in the nook just outside the window for your private use. The Surf Rider is not only the most eye catching property in Mission Beach, it is also the only one with a hot tub right on the boardwalk!

High Season Price : $3600 per Week

Booking Deposit: due at time reservation is made, is equal to 25% of the rent plus tax

Security Deposit: Fully refundable $300 security deposit

Final Cleaning Charge: $95

Transient Occupancy Tax: 10.5%

: If the Tenant cancels his/her confirmed reservation more than 45 days prior to the Check-In Date, then a full refund will be issued. If the Tenant cancels his/her confirmed reservation 21 to 45 days prior to the Check-In Date, then the Advance Rent Payment will be retained. If the Tenant cancels his/her confirmed reservation less than 21 days prior to the Check-In Date, then the full payment will be forfeited
