Our spacious 1350 sq ft condo is literally yards away from the bay and a 45 second walk to the the beach! We just finished remodeling in June with new paint, carpet, flooring and upgraded vacation furniture! It will be all nice and fresh when you arrive!
I even supply lots beach toys for the children, a padded beach wagon to easily pull the kids along the ocean or bay walk (or to take all your beach gear to the sand), beach chairs, beach towels, beach mats, and even a boogie board!
Condo also has a washer & dryer (plus laundry soap, bleach, & softener for your convenience.
This beautiful 2 story condo (3 stories if you count the attached private garage below) offers 2 very large bedrooms, 2
bathrooms
and 1 adorable upstairs loft which is used as a 3rd sleeping area for 2. Each floor has 1 bedroom with large walk-in closets and full bathrooms, so you have lots of privacy.
Our kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and is complete with
appliances, pots, pans, coffee maker, dishes, etc., to make
yourselves feel right at home. The kitchen even has spices! Patio furniture is on the deck so you can eat outside. On the patio deck there's also a brand new gas grill with a side burner too for you to enjoy the outdoors in your own private setting!
Don't want to cook? Don't worry! There are plenty of restaurants to walk to, and many of them deliver too! Also, the Mission Beach Market is just around the corner for any of your grocery or deli needs!
