This is a roomy single-story studio one bathroom cottage and features new furnishings with a new flat screen TV. The cottage has been recently painted. Enjoy an ideal comfortable getaway for a couple or small family. The living area in the cottage has a comfortable queen size bed and comfy queen size sofa sleeper. 
 
The cottage is fully furnished with a fully stocked kitchen, bed and bath linens. Internet and cable TV are included. The enclosed yard is furnished with a BBQ and outside seating. Cottage comes with a designated parking spot behind the property. 
 
The home is also located a short 10 minute walk to the famous and upscale La Jolla Village where you will enjoy fabulous shopping, antiques, comedy clubs, museums, art galleries, outdoor activities and dozens of fine or casual dining restaurants.
