Located in the historic district of Old Town Seal Beach, this upstairs charmer offers the BEST LOCATION for a one bedroom vacation rental as its sits ONE HOUSE OFF THE SAND and is the CLOSEST to MAIN STREET and the PIER. It has its own PRIVATE ENTRANCE and LARGE 25ft x 12ft PRIVATE DECK with VIEWS of the PACIFIC OCEAN, SANTA CATALINA ISLAND and BREATHTAKING SUNSETS all while hearing the gentle roar of the waves ... what could be better than falling asleep hearing the water lapping the shore!  
You'll enjoy this private, quiet and serene guest house for a romantic getaway, or fold out the sofa bed for the kids or your favorite traveling companions. 
Take the beach cruisers out for a tour of the town or a ride down the boardwalk. You don't need to rent a car as everything you could need is in walking distance. Just a short walk brings you to the Marina, where you can rent an electric DUFFY boat to cruise the canals of NAPLES in Long Beach, take the Water Taxi to the Queen Mary or the Aquarium of the Pacific. If you want to get to some "tourist" spots but want a good nights rest in a sleepy beach town, we are a 15 minute drive to "SURF CITY USA" Huntington Beach, the QUEEN MARY, the AQUARIUM of the PACIFIC, and trendy Downtown LONG BEACH. Bring the pooch and drive 10 minutes to DOGGIE BEACH where they can run off leashes and even swim in the Pacific. A 20 minute drive brings you to many major attractions ...     a wonderful place to relax

    Our stay was terrific. We stayed for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed the guest house, the beautiful weather, and the warm hospitality of our hosts and merchants in town. It was convenient to be within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The beach playground 3 blocks away was a favorite destination for our 5 year old. The house was a great "home away from home" for us. We would love to plan another trip to Seal Beach!

    Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.

    Fabulous relaxing break

    We are just back from a very relaxing break in the Seal Beach Cottage. The owners are very friendly and made the booking process very easy. We arrived to find fresh fruit, cookies and a bottle of wine had been left for us - a welcome change after eating out almost every night! The accommodation is cosy and 1 minute to the beach and a very short walk to the main street with all the restaurants and bars. They supplied beach chairs and other itmes which where great. I would not hesitate in recommending to stay here! Thanks for a great relaxing break!

    Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway.
