Vacation Rental Description
Walk to the beach! This house is ideally located within walking distance of San Clemente's beautiful T Street beach, the pier and downtown with it's restaurants and shops. Our gorgeous 3800 sf beach house is 1st class, beautifully appointed and is for the discerning vactioner who appreciates the finer things in life. This home is perfect for entertaining, family reunions or other special occasions. The house is decorated in Tommy Bahama style, with 5 bedrooms, 3 baths,slate and travertine foors, granite counters, cable TV and high speed internet. Imagine sleeping in a huge upstairs master suite and awakening to views of the Pacific Ocean from every window. The fantastic travertine & granite master bath has a tub and separate 2-head shower. Also upstairs are 2 further bedrooms, bathroom, bonus room with attached deck both with great views of the Pacific Ocean. The deck is especially great for watching beautiful Pacific Ocean sunsets over Catalina Island.
Downstairs there is the spacious but cozy living room and large dining room both with inviting fireplaces. Also downstairs there are 2 further bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and utility room with washer and dryer. The very spacious gourmet kitchen with granite counters is great for cooking family dinners with top of the line appliances. There is a breakfast bar and a large dining room for more formal occasions.
Outside there is a patio, bar-b-que area and garden with fire pit and seating.
San Clemente, the "Spanish Village by the Sea" with shops, fine dining and some of the best beaches in the USA, along with the world's finest climate, is located about halfway between Los Angeles and San Diego on the southern Orange County Gold Coast. San Clemente is a quaint beach town with fantastic uncrowded beaches, a pier, great restaurants (casual & fine dining), bars, musuems, historic 'Casa Romantica'(great for weddings), antiques shops, boutiques, and a farmers market every Sunday! We enjoy more than 342 days of sunshine. San Clemente is very close to San Juan Capistrano with it's world-famous mission. Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm and Legoland are only 35 mins away. San Diego Zoo and Seaworld are 60 minutes. Sking at Mount Baldy, Bear Mountain or Snow Summit 2 hours away. It is convenient to fly into LAX, San Diego airports (1 hour away) or Orange County/John Wayne Airport only 35 minutes away. British owned and operated.
