I am sending this notice to people who have been our guest and to those who have inquired about renting our vacation property located on the Balboa Peninsula, Newport Beach, CA. Now is the time to book your vacation. Most weeks between June 16th and September 15th, 2012 are still available. Longer term, September 15 through June 15, is also available. 
 
Briefly the home is a duplex with three bedrooms /two bathrooms upstairs and three bedrooms/two bathrooms downstairs (downstairs can sleep 10 people). Both units can be rented for larger parties. It is located 130 yards from one of the best surfing beaches in Southern California and one block from dinning and coffee shops. Unit has all the aminities including free laundry facilities and each unit has two dedicated parking places.  
 
 
 

Home is a duplex, both units will sleep 18 people. Great surfing within 130 meters.
