The "223" is a classic Newport Beach House centrally located walking distance to beach, bay, restaurants, shopping and activities.

Originally built in 1945, we have completely remodeled and upgraded the house to both retain it's charm yet provide modern comfort. The cherry wood flooring, brick fireplace and new dual pane windows make the living area inviting. The crown moldings, antique furnishings and appointments summon nostalgic warmth. The kitchen has been outfitted with modern conveniences including a stack WD, extra large refrigerator and freezer, garbage disposal and microwave. The original gas stove works better than any modern one. The bathroom has a combination shower/tub with subway tile, pedestal sink, hexagon tile floors, and storage. The bedroom has a queen size bed, lots of closet space and spacious dresser. There is a sleeper sofa in the LR. The one car private enclosed garage is a God send during the summer. Just park when you arrive and walk everywhere else. The sunny patio features a table and chairs and Charcoal BBQ for outdoor dining.

We supply linens and full kitchenware. We live 10 minutes away, so if you need anything, we aim to please.

We have self-cleaning policy or an additional fee will apply. $500 security deposit authorization on credit card required.
