Gorgeously remodeled Villa with all the up-to-date amenities to make your vacation stay comfortable. The Villa is the owners home-away-from-home, so its rarely rented and kept special. This Villa overloks the 17th green of the Monarch Beach Golf Course, its across the street from the St Regis Resort Hotel and a short walk to Salt Creek Beach (rated the sixth best beach in the USA).  
 
The Mid-Century modern 1400 square foot Villa provides for your every need including hich speed internet access, high definition TV, DVD & CD for your entertainment. The Country French style kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances & a wine refrigerator. Off the kitchen is the front balcony with a blue water ocean view and a BBQ for alfresco dining on the back balcony overlooking the golf course. The master bedroom has a California King style bed with a walk-in closet, dual sink vanities, and a Roman shower. All towels and linens are new, solf and comfortable. The guest room is a combination office and bedroom with a Queen size sofa bed. A third sofa bed is located in the family room if needed.  
 
Located in the center of Monarch Beach Tennis Complex which contains six hard and two lighted clay courts, its own fitness center, and a lap pool. The Villa complex is a gated with its own outdoor pool and California style hot spa.  
 
The Villa is a non-smoking unit, no pets allowed with a year around,all inclusive, rate of $5,000 per month. A small reservation deposit is required to book the Villa and a refundable security deposit as a retainer.

Original Oil Portrait by a well known Laguna Artist. Passes to the Laguna Art Festival Grouds. And of course, tickets to many close-by attractions,and theme parks.
