Kitchen,living room,master bedroom indoor and outdoor dining areas, have unosbscured views of the Pacific Ocean, Emeraldy Bay and Catalina Island. Main bedroom has as King sized bed, bed , Plasma wall mounted TV , is ensuite with a large modern bathroom which looks out into the side tropical garden. Bathroom has 2 basins, shower/steam room that can accomodate 6 people,an infinity bath , a large walk in closet and small office area to house computer and printer. Main room of the house flows from living room to dining area and then to open kitchen - all face the ocean and a continuous outdoor deck with unparrelled views .Second bedroom has a queen sized bed with closet. 
 
Family room with TV and Hi Fi controls ,opening up onto an enclosed patio with lush garden, fountain and sitting area. This room has a pullout couch that can be made into a double bed .Satellite service and all music from CD/TV can be routed via the internal and external speaker systems - sound can be controlled from outdoor entertaining area.  
 
Garden on the side of the house is totally private and filled with tropical plants and has a foutain feature. There is a barbeque area leading onto to the large side deck that has an entire outdoor sitting and dining area - ideally suited for entertaining . 
 
The home is located next to the Wilderness Reserve with easy access to mountain trails and spectacular views of the coastline from Dana Point to Catalina to Pales Verdes in Los Angeles. 
 
The home is situated in North Laguna perched on the side of a hill overlooking the Pacfic Ocean. Laguna downtown, Main Beach,Cresent Bay Beach and other secluded coves are 5 minutes away.

Refundable deposit to be paid back on completion of stay and review of property.
