Your home-away-from-home has almost 2,000 square feet of upgraded living space on a quarter acre lot with pool and spa, shaded patio with picnic table and outdoor furniture and room for the kids to play. Situated on a quiet, tree lined and very safe cul-de-sac street that ends at Stoddard Park, you can relax and enjoy your vacation in this pride of ownership neighborhood.Sit on the patio chairs and enjoy the Disney fireworks at night from the front yard!

The large dining room table can seat 12 or more, and looks out over the yard and pool. The livingroom has a couch, 2 loveseats and a recliner,cable tv, dvd/video player, stereo,and wireless internet access.(many Disney videos, CD's,cassettes and Nintendo 64.) The brick fireplace can be viewed by both rooms. These areas have oak hardwood flooring with area rugs.

There are 4 carpeted bedrooms with ceiling fans and televisions,and alarm clocks, the master with bath has a queen size bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen and single bed, the third has a bunkbed and a full bed with twin on top, and the fourth has a bunk bed and another single .There are 3 pack and plays available as well as 2 highchairs, a double and single stroller, a wheelchair and many,many toys and fun things to keep your kids busy and to take care of your childcare needs. (even a baby monitor, so you can be in the yard while your baby naps.)

Past tenants have highly praised how "kid friendly" this home is. One person said her kids were having so much fun they didn't want to go to Disneyland! I have 4 kids myself and I know if they have things to do and can keep themselves busy, I get to have a vacation too!

The kitchen is completely furnished with a skylight and dinette set. Both bathrooms have blow dryers and curling irons and hot rollers. There is even a foot spa!Read the comments guests have left about the house!
There is a shopping center within walking distance that has a Food4Less grocery store, a Sav-on pharmacy, wonderful buffet called Hometown Buffet,great 98 cent store that has alot of small Disney things, pencil cases, pens and pencils, stickers, books, it changes all the time, take a look!) Bank of America, Big Lot store, KMart, Nickel, nickel (kids arcade), new CVS pharmacy.

There are four fast food places (Arby's, Burger King, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut), Hometown Buffett, Mexican and Italian restaurants, movie theatres close by, Blockbuster (movie rentals).
Disney Ice Skating rink (official training facility of the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim), Universal Studios, Getty Museum, Downtown Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Long Beach Pike Including the Aquarium of the Pacific, Los Angeles Dodges Stadium, Arrowhead Pond, Knott's Berry Farm, Anaheim Convention Center, Big Bear lake resort area, Catalina Island, San Diego, Balboa Island.

The Crystal Cathedral is 5 minutes away. There are beaches close by and if you come in the right season, you can ski in the morning and go to the beach in the afternoon! (The mountains are close, too) California is great! The house is centrally located close to all the freeways, and the house has many maps, Thomas Guides and information. We live locally and would be available to give you directions or suggestions, or whatever you need! It will be a vacation you'll never forget!

Anaheim is the home to our favorite mouse...Mickey!! Disneyland is everyones vacation dream location! Big kids(adults) and little kids alike, all love visiting Mickey's home! The location is so central and convenient. To get around in California, all you need to do is jump on the freeway, and from Anaheim, they are all close! Anaheim is centrally located so no matter where you want to go, it won't take you long to get there!
Of course, Disneyland, California Adventure, Downtown Disney and the Garden Walk is here in Anaheim, Buena Park, which has Knotts Berry Farm, the Pirates Adventure and Midevil Times is10 minutes away, Beaches are 20 minutes away, Ski slopes are 45 minutes away, Universal Studies is 45 minutes away, San Diego, with Sea World and the Wild Animal Park is 2 hours away, shopping outlets, shopping malls, Disney warehouse store, frisbee golf, fishing, golf, ice skating, roller skating, plays, shows, concerts, hockey, baseball, basketball games, Honda Center, Anaheim Convention center, Angels Staduim.... everything is here and they are all within a short driving distance.


Disney has built up the area so much in the past few years. There is now Downtown Disney, which has restaurants and shopping. You can get in the spirit of Disney by watching all the people in their Mickey ears and hear the screams from the rides and watch people getting on the train or monorail. Parking is free for 3 hours .

There is California Adventure, please don't miss soaring over California...it is a wonderful adventure.

Check out the new Garden Walk. This area of Anaheim has the street lined with palm trees that have twinkling lights at night...oh and don't miss the fireworks...they start at 9:25pm. You'll hear the "boom" look up from where ever you are and you will see them!

Everything one could possibly want is either here or near here. Anaheim is a place of special memories that will last a life time.
