Vacation Rental Description

On a terraced hillside, overlooking our private meadow and grotto, and in close proximity to the Russian River Estuary and the Pacific Ocean, sits our lovely and secluded country cottage. This two-story 100 year-old house features two bedrooms w/queen-size beds, two bathrooms, and a third sleeping area w/three additional twin beds. There is a full-size kitchen and dining area as well. For two people, the first floor of the cottage is a perfect lovenest, while a whole family can spread out with the second floor included. Amenities include living room w/a wood-burning brick fireplace, private outdoor hot tub, marble master bath w/jetted bathtub for two, and a large deck with bbq. The interior is furnished w/unique antiques, comfy sofas and chairs, Oriental rugs, and fine fabrics. Plenty of outdoor activities, including hiking, , horseback riding, cycling, kayaking, golf, wine tasting and fine dining.

Jenner is located on the Russian River Estuary where the river meets the Pacific Ocean. Enjoy the wonders of nature with waterfalls & creeks. Wildlife abounds in this natural setting, including 150 species of birds, fish, harbor seals, river otters.

Rental Rates

				Low Season Price:	$238 per Day
				High Season Price:	$365 per Day

Rates are based on double occupancy. $25 extra per adult per night; $12.50 per child 6-12 years old; children 5 and under are free. A deposit of one night's stay is taken at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. There is a 10-day cancellation policy most days, but a 21-day cancellation period for all US holidays. Cancel fee is $25 prior to cancel period. Cancellations falling within the designated time-frame are non-refundable unless the cottage is re-sold. Jenner Inn accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Travellers Cheques, and cash.
