Rates (add 11% Mendocino Tax) $250/ night for 2 people.$15 extra per person up to 6 total $1500 for 1 week for 2 people. $90 extra per person up to 6 total $100.00 cleaning fee $100.00 refundable security deposit Rates are subject to change until confirmed To make a reservation e mail to cecilia@thenorthernriviera.com or call at 805-588-4224 Fees are due 30 days prior to arrival, if you are making a reservation before 30 days we will need a 30% deposit. In the event of a cancellation, a full refund of your deposit will be made, less a $50.0 cancellation fee, if the cancellation is received 30 days or more before arrival date.
