It has private natural pebble sand beach. The gradual slope of the beach into deep water assures water is present no matter what the season! Bring your water toys, swim, and go fishing at the backyard of the house! Clear Lake water warms into the mid 70's to 80's during summer, comfortable for wading, swimming.
