Hear the waves tapping the shore, see birds floating by and fish jump in the lake while cooking gourmet food in the kitchen. Some guests even spot otters in the lake from our living rooms and master bedroom.
It has private natural pebble sand beach. The lake/beach house has nearly 50 feet of private lake front, and a vacant lot next door. The gravel beach is never muddy, and it is suitable for active water play or just lounging. Children get interested in shell and rock collecting. The gradual slope of the beach into deep water assures water is present no matter what the season!
Bring your water toys, swim, and go fishing at the backyard of the house! Clear Lake water warms into the mid 70's to 80's during summer, comfortable for wading, swimming, and skiing. You can launch your water toy from the beach, and you can dock your water ski or small boat at the beach.
