Bungalow One is an ideal place to stay when visiting Los Angeles.
Bungalow One and Two is a 1926, side-by-side, Spanish duplex is where Los Angeles, West Hollywood, and Beverly Hills all meet.
Bungalow One is beautiful, warm and sunny with two bedrooms, one-bath, a large living room, formal dining room and hardwood and tiled floors throughout. With firm pillow-top queen-size mattresses in each bedroom and an additional queen-size convertible, Bungalow One sleeps up to six people. In addition, the master bedroom features French doors that open onto a private deck overlooking a quiet garden.
In an effort to create a quiet, relaxing place to stay, and out of respect for our neighbors, we do not allow any parties on the premise.
Minimum Age Limit for Renters: We do not rent to 25 year old or younger without being accompanied by a parent.
