My partner and I stayed in this cottage for a week, and it was fantastic! Clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Peter the property manager was very friendly and helpful, and ensured we had everything we needed.
The cottage was small, but we found it big enough for the two of us, and it also has a washer/dryer, full kitchen (stove, microwave etc) as well as cable TV and internet.
I would recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a safe neighbourhood in LA that's easy to get around. There was no noise from neighbours or traffic and is also air-conditioned.
Thank you Peter for your hospitality, I will definitely recommend this cottage to anyone I know travelling to LA!

Great for people who know the area or want to dive in to localism at it's best. If you like to exercise, it is the perfect area for you to run to Beverly Hills, run up along Sunset, or down Melrose to the Grove area. Everything was neat, tidy & CLEAN...Very Happy, Peter was great and so were the neighbors that we met along the way. We will see them all again Next Year! Cheers!

The very quiet, renovated cottage was really great for my short stay. There is plenty of street parking, the location is fantastic for access to all of the best parts of LA,and everything in the accommodation was sparkling clean. The owner was easy to find when I had questions and was most helpful even when I had a very late night arrival. HIghly recommended.

Excellent location between Santa Monica and Melrose. Cozy guest cottage, stylishly furnished and equipped with all you'd need for short or long stay. Owner super helpful all throughout looking at property, booking and stay. Parking is on the street. Owner provided the required hang tag and we never had any trouble parking within a house or two of the property, and neighborhood is very quiet and secure so no concerns about leaving car on street. Would recommend to friends or family or stay there again next time we're in L.A.

A Wonderful Location for a Vacation
Guest: Al & Cookie (Charleston, SC)
Date of Stay: May 28, 2009 Review Submitted: May 6, 2010
This cozy, clean and comfortable cottage provided a perfect base for vacationing in the West Hollywood area. The internet description was accurate regarding the location and the amenities. It's located in a quiet and appealing residential area and walking distance to fine restaurants, shopping and markets. Trader Joe's is just minutes away, as are the Urth Cafe, Aue Pain and the Belmont restaurants. The Beverly Center is withing easy walking distance. On street parking is convenient as is proximity to bus transportation. The on site owner was extremely attentive to any requests. All that and a comfortable queen size bed, wireless internet access, and cable TV with DVR. We plan on returning on our next vist to the LA area.

WOW - don't know where to start - the place is fantastic!! From the moment I got there to the moment I left everything was perfect: the owner, the unit, the location. It didn't just meet my expectations but really exceeded them - and I'm a tough customer. I opted for the optional maid service, which was a treat. The only thing I'll do differently next time is take advantage of the optional service to stock the kitchen & bar for you according to your specifications. Even though the grocery is only a block away, the unit has a great kitchen, so it would have been great to have exactly what I want ready and waiting. I will never stay anywhere else in LA ... I just hope it doesn't get so popular I can't get in!
