The common area for the house & cottage are shared with Studio 2.

The space is fully furnished and features a beautiful iron spiral staircase which leads to the loft. (full bed, sleeps two). Small kitchen with 2-burner cook top, convection/microwave, coffee pot, dishes , pots & pans. All linens, dish soap, bath soap, paper towels & cable T.V.s. 
There is also a day bed (twin size – sleeps 1), and a 3 piece leather furniture set. No smoking/pets. Kids welcome.
