MOUNTAIN CHATEAU - This beautiful 1800 sf house is conveniently located above the pool. A two level home with many ammenities: Two large bedrooms, Two full baths, Fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), Upper and lower private yards and Secure gated entrance. The house can accommodate five (5) people.
Standing on the deck of the Mountain Chateau, you enjoy a panoramic view of the Santa Monica Mountain Range. - Watch clouds drift by; Find the reclining Buddha in the crest of the mountains

CREEKSIDE COTTAGE (Jerri's favorite guest house on the estate) - You will feel snug and cozy surrounded by the natural cedar and redwood walls and beams of this charming 1100 sf home. Located next to a natural waterfall, which flows most of the year, the house has a quaint Loft Bedroom (w/ walk-in closet) whichoverlooks the living room through from the rafters of the 16' ceilings and out the arched picture window. Downstairs is a fully equipped kitchen (sorry no dishwasher other than you), breakfast bar, dining area with Tiffany style lamp, entertainment center with fax and copier, and full bathroom. The sofa in the living room converts into a large queen-size bed so the house can accommodate four (4) people.
CP B&B is located only 20 minutes from Malibu, Santa Monica and the San Fernando Valley; and only 10 minutes from Topanga Beach on the Pacific Ocean, Topanga State Park hiking and horseback riding trails, and the Getty Villa.
The community of Topanga offers professional theater (June - October), several restaurants and coffee houses, two grocery stores, post office, and many unique shops and galleries. Many in home services are available in Topanga, including massage, pilates training and yoga.
