The entrance is on the 2nd floor as well as all the bedrooms. The 3rd floor has the living area, dining area, kitchen and balconys. 
 
Take a jog or swim on the beach to wake up in the morning and fall asleep to the sound of the waves at night, you will find your self in heaven. The home is perfectly located only six blocks to the shops, restaraunts and clubs on downtown Manhattan. Park your car and never use it. Whether you are sipping a glass of wine while enjoying the sunset over the ocean on the front deck or having an intimate barbeque on the rear deck, you will feel right at home here in Manhattan.
