The home is near hiking and horseback riding and it's less than one hour from Hollywood, Ventura, Santa Monica(30 minutes), and most of LA's attractions.

Unique, private, kid friendly location all on one floor with private beach access one short 5 minute walk through an underpass (beach-path). There is world class surfing, kayaking, parasailing, and swimming on Zuma Beach. There is hiking , horseback riding, and ' mountain meets ocean' scenic beauty everywhere. Additionally the famous celebrity Broad Beach lined with multimillion dollar homes is directly to the right of the home for movie sitings.
