This beautifully decorated Studio space is laid out into two areas which make this single feel like a traditional one bedroom. The living area, kitchen, and bathroom are on one side and the built in bed (queen), kitchen table, desk area, and television are on the other side. 
 
My sweet studio has stainless steal appliances, mosaic tile, a claw foot tub, and mahogany floors/trim (quality has not been compromised on the renovated unit). This " doll house" single has loads of charm and character (unlike a budget hotel). 
 
If you want to treat yourself to all the sites and night life that LA/Hollywood has to offer, this is the spot! I have a porta crib and twin cot that can be used at no additional cost. 
 
This studio is an exceptional deal.. One does not compromise on beauty or neighborhood with in a vacation experience. The unit is fully furnished - complete with linens, just bring your clothes and toothbrush! Everything is built-in and clutter free so that a 450 square foot single feels MUCH larger. This beautiful studio comes with off-street parking (tight driveway). 
 
Also, the ceilings in the kitchen and bathroom are low, but fully manageable.. Guests will have access to the large deck that has a 6-person Jacuzzi, fire pit, gas BBQ, and lounge chairs for enjoying the California warm weather.  
 
Full cable television and wireless Internet are provided for free! Yes... you CAN afford a vacation to HOLLYWOOD without compromising beauty or neighborhood!
