30 day, minimum stay.

Fully furnished with new carpet/paint and new plush queen beds with 400 thread count linens and
pullout sofa in living room. New 47" and 32" flat screen LCD's with Direct-TV and DVD. Wireless
internet, W/D, dishwasher, fireplace, large covered patio with BBQ, table and chairs. Beach towels,
beach chairs, umbrella, and DVD movies also provided.
