This estate on a private road is a few hundred yards from PCH and Broad Beach. This charming house is elegantly decorated, with open-beamed ceilings and lots of windows and natural light. It is perfect for a romantic and restful holiday. It comfortably accommodates six people. There are two adjacent structures—the main house and a guesthouse—plus a detached gym. Rates
- January 1-June 30: $2,990 per week, additional nights $450
- July 1-September 30: $4,490 per week; additional nights $650
- Holidays (Christmas, Easter,etc.) $3,750 per week, additional nights $500
- Minimum rental 3 days--half the weekly rate.
