An ample balcony off of the living area affords expansive views of the San Fernando Valley. 2 beds/2 baths one with a Jacuzzi tub and flat panel TV both with spa jets… An oversized couch in the den in front of the 50" plasma, could be used for an additional guest.

This property is ideal for the client with discerning taste who yearns for the privacy that a hotel cannot provide.

If you don't feel like cooking you are minutes away from Sunset strip, Sunset Plaza, Rodeo Drive, the Grove and more, for all you're dining and shopping needs. If you are so inclined Universal is minutes away and Disneyland is less than an hour drive!

The House was newly redone so all appliances are top grade like the Bosch dishwasher etc. there is even a flat screen TV in the master bath over the jacuzzi tub!

There are a few famous hiking trails including "Runyan Canyon". Sunset strip, and Beverly Hills are just moments away. Fine dining from French cuisine, to Sushi are mintutes away, my favorites are Michael Mina's IV, and Philippe Stark's Katsuya....but you can also grab a taco , or sample Texas BBQ...it's all here. Close to Universal studios, Magic Mountain, and Disneyland! 30 minutes from the beach, enjoy teh Santa Monica Pier, the Getty Museum, Malibu. Qe also have acces to private chef's and messuere's.
